In this year on the 20. February 2010. the mulled-wine boiling competition takes place for the second time in Agárd, organised by the Lake Velence Water Sport School.

Wine and firewood is insured by the organizers, but the bowl, rack and spices are needed to bring by the competitors. It is allowed to use gas-ring.

From 19:00: Musical dance amusement with the Party Band consort. Price of admission: 800 HUF/person, that can be bought in advance: at Matyók Henrietta at the park of the Water School, and at the spot. Price of admission: 800 HUF.

Winter nordic walking experience trip in the Bakony
Winter nordic walking trip starts at 20 February from the magical Bakonybél located in the heart of High-Bakony. Nordic walking has been becoming more and more popular in the last ten years in Hungary. The walking with special sticks moves all the body, despite it isn’t tiring and recommended to all age-groups, it does good to body and spirit, too. To all these comes the clean air and the winter silence of wonderful forests of the Bakony. One of the targets of the experience trip is the Ivy Fountain and its surroundings standing in the territorry of late St. Gellért’s solitary. The small chapel, the calvary and the relaxing park has been one of the 7 natural miracles of Veszprém county since 2009. The programme lasting two hours starts at 10:00 in the morning from the Parish hall. (Pápai road 7.) The price of admission is 2500 HUF, it contains professional leading, the lending of the sport tools and the coaching of nordic walking technics, too.
